What are your delivery times?

Our delivery times are from 5 to 12 days. If you wish to track your package, you can go to the page "track my order", and by entering your order number and your email address you will have the tracking. If you have more questions please contact us at: contact.petclean@gmail.com.

In these difficult times of coronavirus, many of our transport services work in reduced conditions.
Thus delivery times are severely disrupted, and can be as long as 4 weeks or more.
Don't worry, no matter what happens you will receive your package.
We ask you to be understanding in these complicated times, unfortunately it is beyond our control.

Is there a charge for delivery?

We offer 100% FREE delivery to all our customers.

Is my payment secure ?

Yes, all your payments are secured by an SSL protocol. We use Stripe for all our payment services for their 100% guaranteed security.

Does the product work for all cats and dogs of all sizes?

Yes of course, our product has been designed to meet the needs of as many animals as possible, it will be perfectly adapted for all cats and dogs.

What if I'm not satisfied?

We are sure this will not be the case, but should you be disappointed, we will give you a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the product.

I have received only part of my order. Is this normal?

If you have ordered more than one item, your order may arrive with different packages. So it's normal if you only received one part, the other part will arrive very soon.
Normally in these cases you have different tracking numbers.
